Jack (Robert Forster) is an aging former child star who has spent his life trying to recapture the wealth and fame that has since eluded him. Moira (Rose McGowan) is a stripper who took him under her wing. When they meet a lucky young hick (Kip Pardue) they see a chance for making some big money - until love gets in the way.
